Eix Platja Daurada Hotel & Spa, Can Picafort (Mallorca)

The hotel is spotlessly clean with great pool areas and a beautiful beach just a short walk away, which made our stay enjoyable. However, the service from the waiting staff was disappointing, especially for English guests, as they often felt ignored. While the rooms were comfortable, they seemed a bit dated, and some amenities could use a bit of a refresh.

During my stay, I appreciated the excellent cleanliness of the hotel and its close proximity to the beach. The pools were a great spot to unwind, and I really enjoyed the variety of food offered in the buffet. However, the service left a bit to be desired, particularly if you weren't fluent in German, as I felt somewhat overlooked by the staff at times. Overall, it's a decent choice for a quiet getaway but could improve in areas of guest service.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, just a short stroll from the beach and within reach of the town center.
